祝小元,副教授,西北工业大学-俄亥俄州立大学联合培养博士。围绕智能电动运载装备,主要从事电驱动系统技术、智能底盘与自动驾驶、故障诊断与安全控制等方面的研究工作。近年来参与编写外文专著1本,累计发表高水平SCI期刊论文20余篇,授权国家发明专利5项,主持及参与国家自然科学基金5项。先后获西北工业大学优秀博士论文、中国航海学会科学技术二等奖、领跑者5000—中国精品科技期刊顶尖学术论文等学术奖励,并担任SAE新能源汽车技术委员会委员、Cyber-Physical Systems期刊编委、Sensors期刊故障诊断与传感器专题顾问、Advances in Mechanical Engineering期刊客座编辑以及多个国际著名期刊杰出审稿人。
